Very bad experience. They take forever to get the order. We were patient because it was a busy day but then 30 minutes later, they get us the wrong order. We ask a server about the order, he does not come back to us, simply ignores it. They dont have proper Ventilation so its like a smoke box with constant barbeque smoke inside. They dont have proper Air Conditioning and hence its hot and humid. And this place is not cheap, its on the expensive side of Korean BBQs. Overall: no need to visit. There are plenty options which are better in taste and service.

TLDR: good food but service was poor, considering the price. Service was pretty disappointing, could’ve been a new staff member however we weren’t audibly greeted at the door, instead just pointed to a table. Instructions for the order also weren’t fulfilled. We wanted to cook the food ourselves yet it took us 3 times receiving the same cooked bbq set to finally get it. Even being asked to accept the mistake that the waiter made? Overall, food was good. Meat was really good. The menu included on google maps need to be updated, it’s about $20 more for the combination bbq set ($79 vs $99 for the Arirang Original Set). I understand prices have gone up recently but by that much for receiving the same product + poor service doesn’t make it seem worth it.

That's too much.. Isn't it too unscrupulous to charge $35 for this? The taste of Cheese Buldak is ok, but the portion is too much. This is a ridiculous price, even considering Australian prices. Wouldn't it be at least twice that amount, about $35?? Please educate the foreign employees that they are not supposed to clean the dishes while they are eating... The store is hot and there is no ventilation, so as soon as you enter, the smell of meat fills your clothes like some kind of long-established Korean restaurant.. Since it was a holiday, many restaurants were closed, so I had no choice but to go there. ... This is a restaurant I can never go to again.

Excellent Korean BBQ. Easily got in a dinner reservation yesterday (Christmas Day). Delicious food, lively atmosphere, friendly staff and quality service. A little pricey, but definitely worth it.

I ordered a stone pot bibimbap and waited for over half an hour, but it never arrived. Surprisingly, someone who ordered the same dish after me got theirs first.

We’ve been waiting almost 1 hour, but still got nothing served. The customer who came after us even got foods before us. The experience was pretty bad!
